Comportamentos e hábitos alimentares na adolescência

No dia 21 de outubro decorreu, no âmbito da comemoração do Dia Mundial da Alimentação (16 de outubro) e do mês Internacional das Bibliotecas Escolares, na biblioteca escolar da Escola Secundária Camilo Castelo Branco, uma palestra/debate com Sara Fernandes, finalista do Curso de Ciências da Nutrição, da Escola Superior de Biotecnologia da Universidade Católica Portuguesa, sobre “Comportamentos e hábitos alimentares na adolescência”.

Esta atividade teve como propósito orientar e diferenciar comportamentos e hábitos alimentares na adolescência bem como promover a exploração de dúvidas por parte do público-alvo. Desta forma, pretendeu-se apoiar a tomada de decisões alimentares baseadas no pensamento científico e crítico sem preconceitos ou pré-julgamentos.

Esta iniciativa teve como promotoras a professora Telma Fernandes (Curso Profissional de Técnico de Restauração de Cozinha e Pastelaria) e a professora Ana Guerra (Curso Profissional de Técnico de Restauração de cozinha e Pastelaria e do Curso Profissional de Técnico de Processamento e Controlo de Qualidade Alimentar), em parceria com a Biblioteca da escola sede do Agrupamento de Escolas Camilo Castelo Branco.
